Province Wide Restrictions Effective September 16th – Please read below to ensure an enjoyable day for all patrons

As per the recent announcement by the Province of Alberta mask are mandatory, please take the time to read below what is still happening here at Jagare Ridge.

Please Check in at the Pro Shop prior to your round.  Power carts will not be issued earlier than 30 minutes prior to your time.

Masks are Mandatory for all indoor spaces.

Power Carts can be shared.

Driving Range is open for a warm-up bucket only.

CLUBHOUSE IS OPEN Till September 19th. Hours 12pm-7pm

Due to the recent announcement OUR CLUBHOUSE WILL BE CLOSING FOR THE SEASON ON SEPTEMBER 20TH

Snack Shack is NOW OPEN-Hours are 11am-6pm Daily. Hotdogs, Smokies, Sandwiches, Beer, Pop, and Snacks are available. HOURS MAY BE ADJUST DUE TO DAYS GETTING SHORTER.

Due to lack of staff, the Beverage Cart will no longer be on the course for the remainder of the season.  You can get beverages from the snack shack before your round and in between 9’s.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL CAN BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY. If alcohol is found, it will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Power carts are still being sanitized for your safety.

In case of Lightning, please find safety for our own personal protection.

In case of frost, tee times will be pushed back to accommodate all players.  Please be patient with the staff as frost is a hard thing to predict when it will happen or thaw.

WE ARE STILL ASKING GOLFERS TO KEEP THE FLAGSTICK IN.  This is to ensure the hole conditions remain intact and the same throughout the day.  You will be surprised how the holes get damaged once the flags start getting removed. Also, many golfers use their putters to retrieve the golf ball out of the holes as well, which damages the edges.   It also will continue to help with the PACE OF PLAY.

Bunkers will still be preferred lies. Rakes are not being put out. The game is hard enough; make it easier for yourself.

Please FIX YOUR BALL MARKS. Let’s help keep the greens in the great condition that they are in.

Washroom facilities are open on the golf course on Hole #14 and in the clubhouse.

 

UPDATED PROTOCOLS STARTING JUNE 10th

As per AHS guidelines and to ensure the safety of other golfers and our staff, please follow the following protocols to ensure that everyone has a great day.

FOR TEE TIMES STARTING JUNE 10th

All Tee Times are available to book with no restrictions on group sizes (Foursomes allowed).  You may now play with anyone even if they are not from the same household or not a close contact.  PLEASE BE AWARE that all groups less than a foursome will be filled with other golfers.

Please PRACTICE PHYSICAL DISTANCING.

Please Check in at the Pro Shop prior to your round.  Power carts will not be issued earlier than 30 minutes prior to your time.

Driving Range is open for  a Warm up bucket only.  We may limit how many people are on the range at one time due to the size of our hitting area.

CLUBHOUSE AND PATIO ARE NOW OPEN FOR DINING.
Hours are as follows:
Monday-Tuesday- Closed
Wednesday Thursday 1pm-9pm,  Friday-Saturday 12pm-8pm, Sunday 12pm-7pm

Snack Shack is NOW OPEN-Hours are 9am-8pm Daily. Hotdogs, Smokies, Sandwiches, Beer, Pop, and Snacks are available.

In case of Lightning, proceed directly to your car in the parking lot. Please do not gather in places when Physical Distancing cannot be adhered to.

Do Not TOUCH the FLAGSTICK during your round and bunkers do not have rakes.

Please FIX YOUR BALL MARKS. You cannot contract Covid from a Ball Mark. Help us ensure the course stays in excellent condition.

As per AHS guidelines and to ensure the safety of other golfers and our staff, please follow the following protocols to ensure that everyone has a great day.

FOR TEE TIMES STARTING MAY  10TH

Outdoor sports and recreation, including golf, is limited to members of your household; or if living alone, to two close contacts.

(Golf is considered by AHS as an outdoor recreation and does not apply to the outdoor gathering limit).

Please Check in at the Pro Shop only 30 minutes before your tee time.  Power carts and Range balls will not be issued earlier than 30 minutes prior to your time.

 

Driving Range is open for Warm up use prior to round only.  Members Practice Facility will remain CLOSED AT THIS TIME.

 

Snack Shack is NOW OPEN-Hours are 9am-8pm Daily. Hotdogs, Smokies, Sandwiches, Beer, Pop, and Snacks are available.

No Beverage cart on the golf course at this time.  Please visit Snack Shack before your round.

Tee Times are for twosomes only to help with adhering to guidelines. With only twosomes on the golf course, the pace of play will be very quick.  You must keep up to the group in front of you to limit contact with other groups.

 

NO JOINING OTHER GROUPS.  ALL PLAYERS MUST FOLLOW GUIDELINES TO PROTECT THEMSELVES AND OTHERS OUT ENJOYING THEIR GAME.  FAILURE TO FOLLOW RULES AND GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

 

No Social Gatherings in the parking lot after your round.  Please park your cart in Designated Spot by the Pro Shop and leave immediately as our restaurant is closed as per AHS Restrictions.

 

THE CLUBHOUSE IS CLOSED FOR IN PERSON DINING,  BUT TAKE OUT ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE. SEE GOLF COURSE SIGNAGE FOR TIMES.

THE GOLF COURSE IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2021 SEASON!!!

The first tee time will start at 10:00 am

To ensure you get a tee time, please use our online booking (Preferred) 6 days in advance for the best options available.

A valid credit card at the time of booking is required to secure your tee time.  Failure to cancel your tee time or any no shows for that tee time will be charged to that credit card.  Please adjust your tee time to allow access for other golfers.

The Driving Range is ONLY OPEN to customers with booked tee times.  A Warm-Up range basket is included in all fees.

The Golf Course in now open for the season, and we want to emphasize the importance of following all Covid-19 protocols that are in place here at Jagare Ridge. We are following the directives put forth by the Government of Alberta regarding operation of the golf course, restaurant and pro shop. This is very similar to how we closed last fall, so please take the time to read and familiarize yourself with them so you can enjoy your day on the course.  Below is a step by step guide for members/customers to follow from arrival at the golf course until you exit the property.

  1. Abide by all signage at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  2. Staff are present to help with any questions you may have and to monitor all the protocols in place.
  3. Please PRACTICE PHYSICAL DISTANCING.
  4. All Tee Times must be Booked in Advance (ONLINE ONLY).  No WALK ONS.
  5. Power carts will not be issued until 30 minutes prior to tee time.
  6. Snack Shack is NOW OPEN-Hours are 11am-8pm Daily. Hotdogs, Smokies, Sandwiches, Beer, Pop, and Snacks are available

  8. Check in at the Pro Shop to receive your sanitized cart and instructions.  Please abide by THE signage on the pro shop door. Touchless Credit Card or Debit Payment method is available.  Cash Transactions are also accepted.
  9. Power carts may carry two sets/bags of golf clubs; golfers should maintain appropriate distancing when accessing the bags. You may have 2 riders per power cart. Individual carts may be available but on a first come first serve basis and at an extra charge.
  10. The Driving Range will be open for Warm Up Purposes Only and for members/customers with a booked tee time only.  A small bucket of Range balls will be distributed by Pro Shop Staff.
  11. In case of Frost, a staff member will notify you that we have frost and when it is your time to check-in for your tee time to start your round.
  12. In case of Lightning, proceed directly to your car in the parking lot.  Please do not gather in places where Physical Distancing cannot be adhered to.
  13.  Power carts will be available to pick up clubs in the parking lot but only 30 minutes before tee times.
  14. Tee Times must remain on time.  No Early or Late Starts.  Any group that is late will lose their spot and any late individual must catch up to the group they are booked with.
  15. You must play with who you are booked with. Twosomes and Singles will be filled with other golfers for maximum tee time usage.
  16. Power carts are sanitized for your safety after your round of golf.  Walking is also available with sanitized Pull Carts.
  17. Do Not TOUCH the FLAGSTICK during your round.
  18. No rakes are in the bunkers.  Ball may be moved in bunker if it is in a footprint or depression made by another player.  After you play from the bunker, flatten out sand with your feet.
  19. Please help us by continuing to fix Ball Marks and replacing divots on the course.  The course is in excellent condition, let’s try to keep it that way.
  20. Keep the pace to allow no chance for groups to pass or create Physical Distancing issues (10 Minute Intervals for tee times, should allow for 18 holes to be done in 4 hours 10 minutes)
  21. No Social Gatherings in the parking lot after your round.  Please park your cart in Designated Spot by the Pro Shop and either leave immediately or enjoy some time on our patio.

 THE CLUBHOUSE IS CLOSED BUT PATIO DINING IS AVAILABLE  as per Alberta Government guidance.  The hours will be as follows:

Monday : Closed (Excluding Holidays, which will be Sunday Hours)
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 12pm – 7pm
Thursday: 12pm – 7pm
Friday: 12pm – 7pm
Saturday: 12pm – 7pm
Sunday: 12pm – 7pm

 

The Range is open for members/customers with booked tee times and for warm up purposes only (30 minutes prior to tee time). If you are a member, we ask that you book the Members Only / Teaching Area if you plan on a long practice session.

2021 Memberships and Tournaments

We are sold out of all memberships for the 2021 season.

With respect to tournaments, due to Covid-19 we are unable to host large tournaments this season, but may be able to accommodate smaller group event / tournaments.
